This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Media Buyer to drive growth across our paid advertising channels. As a key member of our performance marketing tea, you'll own our paid acquisition strategy and execution while collaborating with creative, funnel, and tech teams to optimize campaigns and scale our advertising spend efficiently to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Develop, implement, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns across paid advertising channels with a focus on optimizing performance while maintaining profitability.
 - Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets and optimize campaigns to meet strict ROAS goals and KPIs.
 - Drive the creation of new ad creatives through both your own ideas as well as collaboration with our creative team to ensure that we have new, exciting creatives to test on a regular basis.
 - Continuously analyze creatives and campaign performance and implement A/B testing and iterations to improve conversion and engagement results.
 - Identify, design, and execute comprehensive testing frameworks for ad content, audience targeting, and ad placements
 - Keep a vigilant eye on campaign metrics, monitor and respond to performance fluctuations, including during off-hours when necessary, to ensure consistent performance.
 - Conduct in-depth analysis across campaign variables to uncover growth opportunities.
 - Address technical challenges that limit scaling potential.
 - Create clear and insightful performance reports highlighting wins, areas for improvement, and learnings.
 - Participate in the innovation and improvement of team systems and workflows.
 - Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

 - 3-5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns with demonstrable results.
 - Experience in media buying with direct response performance marketing video creatives.
 - Full funnel direct response marketing experience - you understand strategy, media, audience, creative, conversion, and funnels.
 - Experience managing daily budgets of $10K/day minimum (ideally $1M+ monthly).
 - Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.
 - Strong understanding of direct response marketing across the entire funnel.
 - Experience crafting high-converting ad angles that drive conversion and engagement.
 - Experience with Meta, Google.
 - Excellent understanding of attribution models and campaign optimization.
 - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to platform changes.
 - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Ideal Candidate:

 - Strong understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, incrementally, and LTV modeling.
 - Experience across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest).
 - Deeply experienced in direct response ad creative.
 - Capacity to optimize the full conversion funnel, not just media buying.
 - Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of results.
 - Self-starter with a relentless drive for excellence.
